Hello everyone! Today is a big day in the card making world as it is World Card Making Day!! Ladies and Gentleman all over the world are busy making pretty card creations. Are you finding inspiration for some card making today? I do have a card to share that I hope will give you fun fall vibes.
This card makes me feel like I am enjoying all the pretty fall leaves and pumpkins outside! To make this card I started with a Merry Merlot card base cut to 11 x 4 1/4 inches and scored at 5 1/2 inches. I then layered some of the Beauty of the Earth DSP from the annual catalog. This was cut to 4 x 5 1/4 inches. I then added a layer of Cinnamon Cider cardstock cut out with the larger die from the Scallop Contours Dies. I also cut out the sentiment with this die set. The stamped sentiment is from the Banner Year stamp set in the annual catalog and it was stamped in Cinnamon Cider ink. I then used my Gorgeous Leaves stamp set to stamp various leaves in Crushed Curry, Merry Merlot, Old Olive, Cinnamon Cider, and Versamark that was heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I cut these leaves out with the Intricate Leaves Dies. I used the Detailed Pumpkins Dies to but out a pumpkin in both Merry Merlot and Cinnamon Cider. I layered those with an offset. Lastly, I added some Gold Shimmer Ribbon from the annual catalog tied in a bow.
